By continuing to access or browse the Site, Users confirm their acceptance of the current version of these Terms of Use at the time of each visit. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must immediately stop using the Site and exit the Service.
Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. We collect only the minimum personal data required to deliver the Service in line with these Terms, meet our legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interests — such as enhancing the Service, expanding its availability, and protecting the safety and well-being of our Users.
If you wish to register as an Offeror User, you will not be permitted to create a profile or publish any advertisement unless you explicitly confirm — at the moment of creation or publication — that you accept these Terms of Use, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Guidelines outlined below.
This Site is strictly intended for adults only (18+ in the United Kingdom). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to permanently ban Users for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. We may also remove any violating content and pursue appropriate legal action. In the event of content removal or account banning, we will not be liable for any resulting losses, damages, claims, or expenses, and no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
By uploading an advertisement, the Offeror User authorises the Company to process their personal data (including special categories of data) for the purpose of publishing and displaying that advertisement on the Site, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is strictly for adults. By using the Service, all Users confirm and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age. Any use of the Site by a person under 18, or any attempt to misrepresent age or bypass age verification measures, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If we suspect that a User is under 18, we may immediately suspend or terminate their access without notice.
Access to certain features of the Site (including the full Service) may require creating an account. When registering, Users must provide accurate and complete information. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their account details current. Users are not permitted to use another person’s account.
As previously noted, we do not pre-approve or control the content of advertisements posted by Offeror Users. The Site is not an agent, intermediary, or representative of any User. We accept no responsibility or liability for any risks, claims, or consequences arising from interactions, services, or arrangements between Offeror Users and Recipient Users.
Users bear full and sole responsibility for their conduct on the Site and in dealings with third parties, including other Users.
We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any advertisement content, nor do we guarantee the outcome of any negotiations or arrangements between Users.
We take reasonable measures to keep the Site secure and free from viruses, malware, and other harmful content. However, every User is responsible for protecting their own devices, software, and data from internet security threats.
Users must not intentionally introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious or harmful material to the Site.
Users must not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or databases.
Any breach of the above security provisions may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK). Such breaches will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, and we will fully cooperate with them, which may include disclosing the User’s identity. In such cases, the User’s right to access the Site will be terminated immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Site administrator, the Company, nor their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or managers shall be liable for:

By publishing an advertisement or creating a profile on the Site, each Offeror User authorises us to promote the content for maximum visibility at our discretion and to optimise the Service for effectiveness in relevant geographic areas. By doing so, Offeror Users confirm they are of legal age in their jurisdiction, are the person shown in the profile, and are not acting under any form of coercion.
Offeror Users must ensure that all uploaded content remains accurate and up to date. It is their responsibility to promptly update any changes to their information or advertisements.
Payments for Paid Services are processed through our third-party payment provider, whose terms govern the transaction. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, or omissions by the payment provider. In case of a breach of these Terms by an Offeror User, we may remove the advertisement or profile and ban the User from future use, without any obligation to issue refunds.
If our payment provider receives a chargeback, refund request, or similar instruction from a bank, card issuer, or platform, we reserve the right to suspend or block the Offeror User’s profile until the matter is fully resolved to the satisfaction of the payment provider and/or the issuing institution.
The Company does not participate in or mediate any negotiations between Users.
Offeror Users agree that we may require age verification before publishing any advertisement. This may be done automatically, through third-party services, or manually if necessary. We may request identity documents for this purpose and will handle such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For age and identity verification, we engage Yoti Limited (6th Floor, 107 Leadenhall St, London, EC3A 4AF, United Kingdom) as a data processor. Yoti processes the ID document and compares the selfie to the photo on the ID solely to confirm the User’s age and identity. As detailed in the Privacy Policy, we use this data only for age and identity verification purposes.
Users agree not to misuse the Service or act in ways that violate applicable laws, ethical standards, or generally accepted internet conduct (netiquette). In particular, Users must not transmit illegal, offensive, libellous, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, paedophilic, vulgar, blasphemous, or otherwise objectionable material contrary to public order and morals.
Offeror Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with all relevant laws in their jurisdiction. They must not advertise services that are illegal where they are offered, nor use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Offeror Users warrant that they are the subject of any advertisement they post, or that they have obtained the explicit, informed consent of every person whose personal data appears in the advertisement. They must not use any material that infringes third-party copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights without proper authorisation.
Publishing advertisements on behalf of someone else without their consent, or including another person’s data without permission, is a serious violation of privacy laws and these Terms. Such actions may result in immediate account closure and a permanent ban.
Offeror Users understand that we have no control over any communications, materials, or personal data sent directly to email addresses or other contact details listed in advertisements, whether solicited or unsolicited.
The following Guidelines are provided for the convenience of Offeror Users. They are not legal advice — Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws.
Any paedopornographic material will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities, along with all associated access data and metadata. We also reserve the right to report violations involving extreme pornography or revenge pornography.
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Site’s structure, design, and content (except for original User-uploaded material) belong to the Company or its licensors. All such rights are protected under UK law and international treaties.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, store, or otherwise re-use any Site content without our express written permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If the User is a consumer, any disputes relating to these Terms, the relationship with the Site administrator and/or the Company, or any matters arising from use of the Site (contractual, tortious, or otherwise) shall be subject to mediation or the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, depending on the User’s place of residence.
